Your Personalized Process in a Few Steps.
Initial contact - most often this will be with our assistant Anđela. She will ask you a few questions so we can better understand your wishes and needs, and prepare as best as possible for your first visit. After that, she will schedule your first appointment.
You will fill out health questionnaires, we will listen to your wishes, perform a detailed examination, take photographs, video recordings, and conduct intraoral scanning. We will give you a referral for a 3D scan if needed. For 3D imaging, we recommend the Promax X-ray center, located 500 meters from our practice.
Our team creates a plan. At the second meeting, we present you with detailed findings, therapy options, a smile simulation, duration, and cost. We make the decision together.
If we are a “good match,” you accept the therapy, we schedule appointments, and begin implementing the plan towards your new smile.
