5. SCHEDULING CONSULTATIONS VIA THE SITE

5.1. DENTAL HERO, through a calendar application on the Site, allows for checking the availability of appointment slots for consultations.

5.2. Checking appointment availability is for informational purposes only, and an appointment for a consultation will be considered scheduled only when DENTAL HERO confirms the appointment.

5.3. When checking the availability of an appointment for a consultation, you are obliged to enter accurate and complete data in the designated fields of the form on the Site; otherwise, DENTAL HERO is not obliged to schedule an appointment for you.

5.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, DENTAL HERO has the discretionary right to accept or reject a patient's request for scheduling a consultation in each individual case.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. DENTAL HERO reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these Terms of Use at any time, and all amendments and/or supplements to the Terms of Use are published on the Site and shall enter into force no earlier than the eighth day from the date of publication.

6.2. The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to these Terms of Use.
